With over 20+ years of extensive experience in nursing, hospital operations, healthcare administration, and quality management, she brings unmatched expertise, discipline, and compassion to every initiative.

Her professional journey began as a dedicated nurse and evolved into leadership roles such as Assistant Operations Manager at reputed hospitals including Apollo Hospitals, Niron Hospital, Healthspring, and major healthcare institutions across Mumbai and Bangalore.

Armed with strong academic credentials—

• Executive MBA in Healthcare Management (ITM Kharghar)

• Diploma in Quality Healthcare Management (TISS, Mumbai)

• Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (J.J. Hospital School of Nursing) 

  she blends clinical depth with administrative excellence.

Ms. Panchal has successfully managed OPD operations, quality processes, NABH implementation, infection control, patient safety indicators, and healthcare staff training, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction. Her work during the BMC COVID Center operations further highlights her commitment to public health service.

With strong interpersonal skills, team-building ability, and a passion for community healthcare, she founded this organization to bridge the healthcare gap in rural, tribal, and hilly regions of Maharashtra, ensuring that no individual is deprived of essential medical support.
